 As faculty members, you are an integral part of this celebration. Please plan to attend the graduation ceremony to celebrate the culmination of four years of successful teaching and learning.

You are requested to notify the Office of the Dean should you be unable to attend. Contact Vicky Koch at vkoch@pnwu.edu or call 509.249.7803.

Regalia

Current Faculty

  • You will receive an email from Sarah Coffin in February to gather your regalia information
    • Review your regalia information from the previous year
    • Approve the information listed or note any changes
    • Reply promptly with confirmation of your order (no later than March 9, 2018)

 New Faculty

  • You will receive an email from Sarah Coffin in February to gather your regalia information
    • Complete the information in the email
    • Reply promptly with confirmation of your order (no later than March 9, 2018)

Regalia Distribution

  • Your regalia will be delivered to your office by Sarah the last week of April
    • Please check your regalia to see that you have received the correct garments
    • Notify Sarah immediately, if you have any issues
    • Please plan to steam/press your regalia for graduation

Sigma Sigma Phi “Regalia Steaming” Fundraiser

  • One week prior to graduation the members of Sigma Sigma Phi will be set up for the regalia steaming fundraiser
    • Drop off your regalia at (location TBD) for steaming
    • Have your name and office number on your regalia
    • Pick up (location TBD)
    • $10 donation
    • Check back for additional details and information closer to graduation

Regalia Return

  • Return your regalia immediately after the commencement ceremony at the tent on South 3rd Street, in front of the Capitol Theatre
  • Check in all four pieces of your regalia (robe, hood, tam, and tassel)
