PNWU Commencement Ceremony

COM and MAMS graduates have requirements to complete prior to the commencement ceremony and before degrees can be awarded. Please visit your degree program’s Graduation Requirements website to review these requirements and deadlines.

MAMS Graduation Requirements

All students who have an expected graduation in 2024 are required to complete the Graduation Application and is now CLOSED for 2024. Questions can be directed to the Registrar’s Office at registrar@pnwu.edu.

Student regalia orders are no longer being accepted.

COM Guest Hooder rental regalia orders are no longer being accepted. GH regalia can be picked up on campus the Friday before commencement, and must be returned after the ceremony. Guest Hooders are allowed to wear their own regalia. This is asked on the Graduation Application.

The Gamma Delta Chapter of Sigma Sigma Phi is offering a FREE service to steam regalia for faculty, graudates, and COM guest hooders. Drop off in BHH on the morning of TBD, and pick up that afternoon. If you have questions, email the current president at gkremian@pnwu.edu.

All tickets have been assigned and emailed to graduate’s PNWU email account. Please visit the Commencement Day Details site for more important details about tickets and how seats are assigned. If you have any questions about your tickets, please email registrar@pnwu.edu.

You can email verification forms to registrar@pnwu.edu. Forms that require a degree verification will be completed and sent after degrees are awarded.

Transcripts can be ordered by visiting the Student Forms website under the Student Records section. If you need a final, official transcript to be sent, select the “After Degree is posted” option and it will be sent to the desired recipient after degrees are awarded.
