Vikki Gore Selected to Lead NAPAHE Group Sessions

Vikki Gore, PNWU’s executive assistant to the president, was recently selected to lead a pair of round table discussions in the National Association of Presidential Assistants in Higher Education’s (NAPAHE’s) upcoming Annual National Conference. An international organization for presidential assistants (PAs) and other professionals supporting higher education leaders, NAPAHE offers a venue for members to share professional experiences and ideas that personal successes. NAPAHE’s 34th Annual National Conference will be held March 10-12.

“Taking minutes is not anyone’s favorite task,” explained Gore. “My goal is to lead the group in a discussion of best practices of preparing, recording, finalizing, and following through on assigned meeting tasks, focusing on efficiencies and technology options.”

In addition to making new connections within NAPAHE, Gore is excited to share her experiences from over 40-years of managing meetings. Despite her vat experience and expertise in the area, Gore also expressed hope that she’ll “pick up a few tips” from those in the session.
