The Facilities Assistant to Materials Management and Facilities performs varied and moderately complex clerical work in a multitude of responsibilities necessary to run the department efficiently. Serves as an information manager for department, including scheduling meetings, organizing, purchasing support, maintaining paper and electronic files, including shipping, receiving and work orders. This position reports to the Director of Materials Management and Logistics Support.
