Marjorie Henderson MD
Dr Henderson’s role in her PNWU assistant faculty position is teaching first and second year medical students clinical skills.
Dr. Henderson recently retired from 25 years as a Rehabilitation physician in Yakima. She graduated with a BS from the University of Idaho. She was a WAMI medical student and completed residencies in Internal Medicine and Physical Medical and Rehabilitation at the University of Washington. She is board certified in both Internal Medicine and PM&R. She has a special interest in Geriatric Medicine.
She has served on multiple committees representing disabled populations. She has published a monograph for the AAFP Home study on Care of Physically Challenged Patients. She was voted by her peers as a Best Doctor annually from 2007 until her retirement in 2017.
