The Director of Institutional Effectiveness (IE) is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive institutional effectiveness and assessment plan to support the University’s mission, and strategic goals. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating a wide range of data related to the University’s academic and business operations, the director of IE will provide a trusted, centralized resource for up-to-date information about the University, and a proactive resource for assessment and planning. Emphasis will be placed on data analysis and interpretation, and help in identifying and framing critical issues within the framework of supporting continuous improvement. The director of IE is expected to carry out duties in a team oriented environment providing leadership while working collaboratively with other University offices, and external agencies, as appropriate.
