The Academic Program Manager is responsible for performing database reporting and analyzing as needed for both preclinical and clinical education, verifying and maintaining data integrity. Works closely with faculty/staff/students to provide year 1&2 course score reports and maintain gradebooks. Develops software program templates for Student Portfolios and Personal Records and develops and provides necessary user training. Provide E*Value functions to include set up, changes, training and troubleshooting. Serves as COMAT Chief Proctor for all COMAT examination scheduling and reporting and acts as liaison between the Clinical Education Department and the PNWU CME Department. This position reports to the Director of COM Assessment.
