Erin Murphy MS
Erin is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences. She is responsible for leading and managing Human Resources in the areas of Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Organization Development, Employee Training and Development, Total Rewards, HR compliance and Human Resources strategies. Erin received a MS in Organization Development and Strategic Human Resources from Johns Hopkins University. Prior to PNWU, Erin has spent 18 years providing Human Resources supports in a variety of organizations. She was the Pennsylvania Human Resources Director for Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health supporting employees, who support individuals with behavioral challenges. Additionally, she was a Human Resources Consultant at Carilion Clinic, supporting multiple hospital departments and medical school. Erin was also a Human Resources Manager, for those conducting research on a government contract at National Institutes of Health. Erin holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma, 360 Leadership Assessment Facilitation, and SHRM CP.
