The Student Affairs Coordinator is responsible for assisting, coordinating and tracking all student programs both club and non-club. Participate and assist in student activities and events. Responsible for assisting the Student Government Association by advising club treasurers and club members regarding processing club funds, deposits, reimbursement requests, and monthly reconciliation. Tracks SGA club reimbursement requests for general Student Government Association budget. Oversee the student fitness reimbursement program for all students. Supports the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) process for students as well as regional site administrators. Coordinates MSPE distribution, communications, edits, and document upload for OMS IV students. Provides committee support as needed. Provides assistance to students/faculty/staff regarding Student Affairs, policies and procedures. Duties include database management, exporting reports from systems, generating reports in excel, maintaining confidential student records and information, document creation and merge processing using Word.
