Submit Facilities Request


For facilities work orders, follow the steps below:

  1. View this short, 4-minute how-to tutorial from MaintenanceDirect, to learn how to register:
  2. Login to register. Remember – scroll down to “Never Submitted a Request? Register Here!”
  3. Once signed in; submit a work order by clicking on the tab “New Work Order.”

Events
PNWU enjoys state-of-the-art facilities for events. Priority for meeting space is given to academic and internal requests. External groups may request an event on campus, providing the event aligns with the mission of the University and/or College of Osteopathic Medicine and does not disrupt student learning. 

To schedule an event, please review the Event Policy and complete the Event Request Form. A $250 charge will be required for all external groups to cover costs of facilities, IT, and security needs.

Parking information
PNWU provides free parking as a courtesy for employees, students, and visitors on campus. General parking spaces are open for all vehicles. Employees and students should have their PNWU parking permit visible. Visitor parking is available in designated areas.

Parking for the University Conference Center is limited to those attending events at this site. No student parking is allowed in this lot.
