Giving Tuesday

This year for Giving Tuesday, PNWU will be raising money for point-of-care ultrasound equipment (POCUS). This equipment will allow PNWU to train students on how to use this revolutionary technology and prepare them for what matters most- providing quality care to rural and underserved communities that need them most.

PNWU GIVING TUESDAY

PNWU students often credit their greatest challenges as inspiration for their medical pursuits.

Some reflect on rural hometowns, where the nearest doctor was too far away or took months to be seen.
Others recall tense family discussions where budgeting for a trip to the doctor or buying groceries was a necessary topic of debate. Every story is different, but one thing is universally true: receiving a scholarship at PNWU can open innumerable doors for future doctors.
For some, a scholarship can be the difference in attending medical school at all.

This Giving Tuesday, we are asking you to help PNWU students in the most meaningful way possible –

by making a gift to scholarships.

PNWU currently has 10 scholarships that support about 16 students each year and provide everything from tuition relief to covering emergency expenses. These scholarships were made possible by people just like you. By helping to remove even a small amount of the financial burden that comes along with a medical school journey, scholarships make it easier for our students to focus on what matters most:
becoming the best physician they can be.
