Video Software Requirements for PNWU Online CME
PNWU Online CME Courses are offered via the VidyoDesktop
Once you register for an activity, you will receive an email invitation to attend a secure video conference taking place in virtual meeting room.
- You will need to following equipment (if using a laptop, tablet, or smart phone, then these may be built in):
- Internet connection
- If this is your first time using Vidyo on your computer, you will be automatically prompted to install VidyoDesktop.
- If you are not automatically connected into the conference after installing VidyoDesktop, please click the guest link again (this will be in the email invitation that you will have received).
- Please enter your name in the "Guest Name" field and then click "Join".
IMPORTANT: Any video, audio and/or materials viewed during this conference may be recorded. By joining, you consent to (i) such recording; and (ii) the later viewing of the recording by others at the discretion of the host. If you do not consent, discuss with the meeting host prior to the start of the recording or do not join the session. Note that any such recording may be subject to litigation-related discovery.
