What Matters in the End: Empathy and Ethics in End-of-Life Care

PNWU’s 4th annual event promoting open discussion between patients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding end-of-life care and preferences.

This year, What Matters in the End is entirely virtual!

You can view pre-recorded interviews and lectures by guest speakers, PNWU faculty, and students. Topics include:

  • Interfaith and intercultural discussions about end-of life issues
  • Palliative Care for children
  • The organ donation process from patient to post-op

Our live conference event on April 30th, 2021 and May 1st, 2021 will feature Q&A sessions with several of our guest speakers, including keynote speakers Dr. Nadia Tremonti (Palliative, 2019) and Dr. Bill Hoy (Do Funerals Matter?).

The conference is free and open to all.
