The Assistant Director of ODEIB Program Development is responsible for ODEIB programs and strategic initiatives. These programs include oversight and development of the Roots to Wings (RTW), Summer Research Preparatory Yearlong Program (SRPYP) and pathways partnerships. The position conducts coordinates, delivers, and assesses pathway curriculum, research, mentoring and expand school/university partnerships. This position assists with the development of the formal transformative co-mentoring program and analysis of qualitative research data.
