Jennifer Weaver

Jennifer Weaver, MA, is the Graduate Medical Education Research Facilitator at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences. She is responsible for assisting osteopathically recognized regional residency programs with scholarly activities that meet ACGME requirements, evaluation of literature, and developing and delivering “research basics” presentations for residency programs. In this position, Jennifer also serves as a resource for PNWU students interested in creating poster presentations, general research questions, and how to get started with scholarly activity. As a liaison she links students, residents, and faculty with common research interests. Jennifer has over ten years’ experience working in the research field and was formerly the Responsible Conduct of Research officer, Research Integrity Analyst, and Research Coordinator at Ball State University. She is certified in College and University Teaching and Online Teaching, with an emphasis on virtual learning. Jennifer has served on several institutional committees throughout her career including the Institutional Review Board, Lab Safety, Radiation Safety, Animal Care and Use, and the Academic Freedom and Ethics Committee. Jennifer’s Master of Arts Degree, Executive Development for Public Service, Adult and Community Education, has provided a unique understanding of educational skills in a variety of social, industrial, health and human services, military, and governmental settings.
