The Manager – ODEI Data Reporting and Analysis: Strategically, this position supports the success of ODEI through data gathering, analysis and report generation to inform and guide development of the ODEI strategic plan.
Operationally, this position is responsible for data collection and analysis leading to the generation of high-quality publishable reports in support of ODEI and of its programs including Roots to Wings (RTW) and the Scientific Research Preparatory Yearlong Program (SRPYP); in support of future grants submission; and in support of scholarly activities, as directed by the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer (CDIO).
In addition, this position serves as ODEI budget director overseeing budget preparation and monthly budget tracking, working to coordinate closely with Finance and the Office of Scholarly Activities (OSA) to assure compliance with proper procedures and processes. Reports to the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer.
