The Associate Director of Development and Advancement Services reports to the Chief Development Officer. The Associate Director is responsible for the university’s advancement constituent relationship management system (CRM), managing technology resources that support all university fundraising efforts and directing and training staff using the system. The Associate Director will provide strategic planning in the areas of database integrity, gift processing, reporting, data analysis and system improvements. The Associate Director will manage the daily operations of the development program activities and will be the reporting supervisor and manager for several staff members. Additionally, he/she will assume the role and responsibilities of Campaign Coordinator to provide overall coordination and administrative support for the timely and successful implementation of a comprehensive campaign.
