Providing reflective supervision, executive and process coaching for clergy and faith communities, Ms. Huycke has 25 years’ experience in developing alignment and leading change in faith-based organizations.
Creative disruption combined with heart-level support motivates individuals and groups to stretch beyond their established patterns and self-protective strategies and move ideas from concept to creation. Ordained in the United Methodist Church, Ms. Huycke has pastored in both start-up and redevelopment settings and served as a regional executive.
Ms. Huycke was trained and certified as a co-active coach by The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in 2003 with an additional 100 hours of training in Organizational & Systems coaching with The Center for Right Relationship. She is a certified administrator of The Leadership System, the Leadership Circle 360 Profile and The Leadership Culture Survey. She is also certificated in the British Methodist Church as a provider of reflective pastoral supervision.
