Dr. Bruce Kinney has practiced family dentistry in Yakima since 1981. His practice emphasizes fixed and removable prosthodontics and implant restorations. Dr. Kinney graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Washington School of Dentistry. He completed his training with a post-doctoral Hospital Dental Residency program at the University of Washington affiliated hospitals. Dr. Kinney has been active throughout his career in the professional testing and licensing of dental professionals and more recently in accreditation of dental schools and dental education programs.
Dr. Kinney’s professional affiliations include the American Dental Association, American Association of Dental Boards, Western Regional Examining Board, ADA Commission on Dental Accreditation, Washington State Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association Foundation, Yakima Valley Dental Association and the Yakima Rotary Club.
In his free time Dr. Kinney is an avid golfer and enjoys outdoor activities. Dr. Kinney has two sons, Sean and Allen, and three grandchildren.
