Olga M. Gutierrez is an Associate Professor of Dental Hygiene in the School of Dental Medicine at Pacific Northwest University. She has been a traditional and expanded duties hygienist for 17 years. In 2020, she completed her bachelor’s degree through Yakima Valley College BASDH Bridge Program. And in 2021, obtained her master’s degree in Instructional Design from Western Governors University.
Her teaching journey began 2019 in the Dental Hygiene Program at Yakima Valley College. This educational journey has cultivated her passion to provide encouragement and support for all students. Her hobbies include taking long walks in her neighborhood with her husband, reading books of self-improvement and reflection and watching Ted Lasso on repeat.
