The Student Records Coordinator assists the Assistant Registrar, under the direction of the Director of Enrollment Services, in all functional areas including academic verifications, grading, student requirements, and academic record maintenance. Duties include data entry, management of the student academic record, participation in on- and off-campus activities, and monitoring academic guidelines. Requires a student/customer service oriented individual familiar with general university procedures, policies, services, and ability to assist any student, potential student, their families, faculty, staff, and university visitor at all times.
