What Is Friday Night at the ER?

Friday Night at the ER is an engaging, fast-paced simulation that places you in the role of a hospital leader for one simulated 24-hour period. You’ll manage patient flow, make critical decisions, and collaborate with your team to improve outcomes in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Who Should Participate?

This simulation is designed for all health professions students participating in the NIHC’s IPE curriculum- whether you’re pursuing primary care, public health, pharmacy, nursing, or any other healthcare field. The experience emphasizes:
