Introduction to Interprofessional Practice & Education (IPE)

Welcome to Interprofessional Education at PNWU!

Learning Objectives:

  1. Define interprofessional education and collaborative Practice
  2. Recognize the role of interprofessional practice and education (IPE) in improving healthcare
  3. Describe the four IPEC core competency domains
  4. Identify the NIHC and the IPE learning opportunities with PNWU and its partners
  5. Understand the faculty & preceptor’s role in facilitating IPE.

Instructions:

To receive your Certificate of Completion from the NIHC, please complete the following tasks below:

  1. Watch the Introduction to IPE & the NIHC video presentation
  2. Complete the “What is Interprofessional Education?” module from Arizona State University & submit a copy of your certificate of completion. A link and instructions for certificate upload are included with the post-module survey.
  3. Complete the post-module survey in REDCap
  4. Submit the Google Form to receive your Certificate of Completion from the NIHC (link to the Google Form will be provided in the REDCap survey submission confirmation)

Introductory Module Certificate of Completion

To receive your Certificate of Completion for the Introduction to IPE Module from the NIHC, please complete and submit the Google Form linked in the REDCap survey submission confirmation. Once the survey has been submitted, a copy of your e-certificate will be emailed to the address provided on the Google Form from ipe@pnwu.edu. If you do not receive your certificate, please first check your spam/junk folder before contacting the NIHC.
