Policy:
All PNWU students will comply with Center for Disease Control (CDC) recommendations for Health Care Providers and common requirements of regional hospitals and clinical facilities. Immunizations must be current as of the start of classes of the student’s first year and maintained thereafter with tetanus toxoid, annual influenza vaccination, and tuberculosis surveillance.

If vaccine records are not available, then serum titer documentation of immunity is required. Students must comply with any additional immunizations or screenings required by a clinical facility at their own expense.

Failure to comply with the student immunization policy may lead to limitations on participation in educational activities and disciplinary actions which could include dismissal or a rescinded offer of admission.
