Policy:  
The Library seeks to replace lost, damaged, or outdated materials with the most recent editions, versions, or models. Preference will be given to a digital copy for accessibility purposes, if multiple formats are available.. Library staff may substitute a book or item similar in scope to the lost, damaged, or outdated item. The library is not responsible for unanticipated title substitutions or sudden loss of title access due to the publisher’s rights on licensed products. The Library has the right to retain or dispose of donated materials as collection demands dictate and in a manner library staff deem appropriate.
